About
I am The Wise Adapter.
I'm The Wise Adapter — a chartered accountant who spent a decade inside audit firms and media finance before walking away to trade and invest full-time.
I'm a macro trader at heart. I follow the big forces moving the world economy, and right now my keen eye is on the AI bottleneck trade — the chokepoints in chips, power and infrastructure where the real money gets made.
That mix is the point. KPMG taught me how to read a set of accounts properly. Finance roles at Virgin Media and 9 Story taught me how businesses actually make money. Since 2020 I've put that to work in the market — seven figures in trading profits, full-time since 2022 — and I write about what I learn as The Wise Adapter. Short, sharp thinking on X; longer, deeper work for members.
